I thought you told me to do the same workout we did the last time! So, i did 10 push up, 10 sit ups and 10 squats 5 rounds!! hence sore ass!!haha. I did it in 6 min. im going to try to do a lil more tonight. or maybe try 2 rounds of 25 like you said.
just do the WOD i gave you for today and do the same WOD next week.
