WOD:

100 Pullups for Time

Results: 11:55 booo... about 1 min + from my previous 100 PU but still not bad granted I haven't been practicing my pull-ups. The biggest problem with this WOD is your hands calluses..IT HURTS!!! good thing didn't get any blisters or popped any this time...
