I'm not sure which WOD to do today. Here's the choices:

95lbs Thrusters (since I have no 95lb weight just going to do 40 lbs)
Pullups

15-10-5 Reps For Time
Dumbbell Thrusters 40 lbs (rx 45)
Kettlebell Swings 1 pood (rx 2 pood)
Pullups
They're both very similar just the other one had some swing extra which can be fun as well..hmmm..Which one would you do??
