I'm in PAIN!!!!!!!!!

I did my WOD lasnight
21-15-9 reps of supposedly
lunges (1/2 rep per leg)
sit ups
burpees
I started doing my Lunges, my first set alone killed my thighs and butt!!! then I started doing crunches instead of sit ups. When I started doing Burpees I reached up to 11 rep then I couldnt do it anymore!! so therefor I just modified it to Jump n Jacks. I finished the WOD in 13:46 min!! by the way, I'm still in PAIN from the squats I did from the past 2 nights!! Woke up this morning and checked my weight I lost another lb! This is great!! So let me know what's my WOD today???
