Here's my lunch..CHEAP and kinda healthy. For $2.00 I'm on my way to a six-pack of ABS..Bring Ettt!!! Also It's not really tasty..*yuck*...hahaha
Afternoon WOD:
2 Round for 30 sec/2nd rnd 20 sec each as much reps as possible of:
4 jumping jack 4 tire run combo
upright torso twist
rear leg kickbacks 4 reps each side alternating
push-ups ( i went fancy on this one did 4 regular and 1 clap)
regular chair dips
after that I was getting cursed at by my staff..lol..AWESOME!!!
