Decided to see my chiropractor today since the elbow is acting up and my left lower back, it actually feels better after the treatment so maybe I'll try WindyCity's WOD on 9/21/10:
3 sets for max reps:
30 sec. strict pull-up
30 sec.ring body row
30 sec HSPU (maybe modified we'll see)
30 sec ring dips
Oh yeah...Not sure If i'm going to try tonight but def. soemtime this weekend.
