9-20-10 WOD/ RING PLAY

So decided to hit the rings one more time and see how my elbows feel afterwards...

WOD:
For time

21-15-9 Reps
RIng Dips
Ring Pushups

Results: 11:02 not too bad my elbows are OK but I think once a week of rings will do for now and no more L-sit practice at work, I think that made it worst last time...

oh and yeah... an additional 20 pullups as practice!
