Today's WOD/ THRUSTERS-SWING-PULL

I hope my elbows don't gve out on me today. I sure need to cut back on food since I ate like a maniac yesterday!! Ate 3 kinds of cake and RICE!!..RICE!!...RICE!!...anyways on with today's WOD:
