Tat's WOD / TABATA

Try this out:

WOD:

Tabata Jumping Jacks
Tabata pushups
Tabata situps

Tabata = 8 Rounds of do as much reps for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest in between.

Finish the first 8 rounds of the precribed workoout before moving on to the next.
