I tried to beat my past record WOD
5 rounds of
10 Push ups
10 Squats
10 sit ups
time to beat was 6 min.
but instead of doing 10 reps I did 20 reps and finished at 8:36 min!! felt pretty good knowing that I can actually shave off a little time of my past WOD. Still have alot of time to go and ALOT of weight to lose!! as I said NO PAIN!! YOU'LL GAIN!! What you got for me today?? i dont think i can do all that work out yet??
did you do 5 rounds of 20 reps?
