getting stronger

did the wod today and was surprised I was able to do a clean at 115lbs without any soreness. Doing Olympic lifting really helps out with my form. For the metcon- 200m, 30 double unders for 5 rounds, rest 1 minute in between... finished it in 12:30. felt good today. I'm having 4 oz of turkey meatloaf and some brocolli for dinner.

  1. are you still on whey? Did another round of rings and again my elbow is acting up, I hope the fish oils help since I started them again.

  2. yes I am. I think you better ease up on the rings. don't do anything for a week. It's not a joke when its the joint that's hurting. You better take it easy or else your blog will be titled "the road to being fat again". lol.

  3. but it's so addicting...yeah I'll skip rings for the rest of the week. I think I figured out a place for Box jumps in the basement.
