feeling pretty good. Felt like I had more energy than before! Still took my time doing the work out but I think i could've done it faster!! just didnt wanna throw up!! I lost another lb today even though I ate some junk yesterday!!! but still NO RICE for me!!! Going for GOLD!! goinig to try the WOD you gave me today. will let you know how that goes.
