2 Rounds of
25 Lunges (1/2 rep per leg)
25 Squats
That was painful!! and you wanted me to do 4 ROUNDS!!!!!!!!! you gotta be crazy!! I finished at 11:57 min. I know it's not that good but still pushing it. Icant even walk up or even down the stairs. Oh well. NO PAIN NO GAIN or should I say NO PAIN YOU'LL GAIN WEIGHT!! hahaha!
