Dinner and PM WOD

ok my excuse for tonight's dinner was that we bought a lot of hotdogs and we didn't get to eat them last weekend so we have to finish it!!..lol..at least I drank Diet Coke and ate most of the sweet potato fries...but as punishment...

Results: 9:49 woohooo!! Manage to do it in less than 10:00 min this time!!
