9-10-10 WOD for Tats and Me (updated with my time)

Here's a WOD for ya!! I might do this one myself later...

WOD: For Time

21-15-9 Reps of

Lunges (each leg 1/2 rep)
Situps
Burpees

RESULTS: 9:40 ouch!! (JEROME'S TIME)

  2. I had my whole office doing this WOD but modified, situps they did crunches and instead of burpess they did jumping jacks and they finished in less that 5 min...by the way IT'S MODIFED!! THE BURPEES WILL KILL ANYONE!!

  3. Did you do it with the modified burpees or the one with push up and jump?? I'm planning to do it with the push up and jump and see where that takes me!! hopefully not infront of the toilet throwing up!hahah

  4. nope I did mine as prescribed, full burpees. I had to modify it for my staff and with RX they didn't like it ALL hahahahahahaah!!
